The fillet is one of the most researched parts of pork and can be presented in a interesting way dressing it in bread and sliced bacon. It is a pretty fast preparation and can be a nice addition to a retail butcher shop offer.

    Cooking is strait forward , in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
