This is a quick pork recipe to be
displayed in a refrigerated booth. It requires no additives and the
shelf life is 3 to 4 days.
As ingredients there are toasted bread
blended with some tasty dressing of your choice, pork escalope,
cheese and green salad. Although we might use some low-fat pork cuts
the toasted bred together with the dressing will make the meat slices really tender. During preparation while inserting the
skewers try to fit the ends of the escalopes together so that when
you cut them won't fall apart.
Cooking is strait forward, oil fried
five minutes per side.
